Red Ankle Booties + Fave Fall Activities

Happy Monday, beauties!! I hope you guys had a wonderful weekend! It was a plan-packed for us but so much fun. Always goes by waaaay too fast! I’m sharing one of my go-to fall looks with you girls today…. this chunky knit is seriously the coziest piece you’ll throw on your body!! So cozy. It comes in a few other colors, I love the white/cream version! I have the grey one and wear it just as often as the caramel one shown here.

I paired it with these Rust Target booties (ummm, has Target been killing it lately or is it just me?!?!). These are so comfortable and run true-to-size. I wanted to do something a little different on here today and share some of my must-do fall activities with you girls! In case you haven’t noticed… fall is my absolute favorite season!! All of these activities below get me into the fall spirit and are so fun to do with your significant other or you best friends! 

Favorite Fall Acitivies:

1. Pumpkin Patch – This may seem super basic but it’s so much fun! My family and I always dedicate one Sunday to meeting at a local pumpkin patch, picking out pumpkins and going to their house to carve them together. Not to mention… the food is always so yummy! Caramel apples, caramel popcorn, hot apple cider. For my local gals, my two favorite pumpkin patches are Mapleside Farms and Patterson Fruit Farm.

2. Apple Orchards – I actually just started loving this as I became older but apple orchards are so beautiful and so fun! Some are even connected to pumpkin patches… like Patterson Fruit Farm but I’d definitely recommend spending a Sunday afternoon walking through an apple orchard and just enjoying the fresh air!

3. Haunted Houses – This is something that we love to do with our friends! I can’t wait to round up all of our closest friends and head to some haunted houses. Speaking of… all my local girls, do you have any favorites in the Cleveland area?! We’re looking for some new ones to try! Would love to hear your faves! **Comment below!

4. Hiking / Metropark Hopping – This is one of my faaaavorite things to do. One of the best things about living in Ohio is the beautiful colored leaves and we have so many Metroparks near us! Since we have two pups, we love taking them out and enjoying the fresh air every possible second that we can. Either finding a trail nearby and taking them for a walk or driving a bit further and enjoying the Metroparks together. Also packing up a picnic would be so fun for a little afternoon out!

5. Cedar Point – This is mostly for my East Coast gals who live near the area but Cedar Point Halloweekends is SO. MUCH. FUN.! We always try to make it up to Cedar Point at least once a summer and then once every Halloweekend. They decorate so cute for fall and have a ton of haunted houses! Even if you are a few hours away… I would definitely recommend driving up for a Saturday or a Sunday there. It’s an all day event and so worth it!
