We got to spend a week in the beautiful town of San Luis Obispo with my management company, Lola & Ivy at the end of January. It was such an amazing week! I’m forever grateful for this job introducing me to the women I have had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know. I felt so inspired leaving and refreshed. I had a couple of questions on where we stayed and also what we did while there so recapping everything quickly for you with links to their websites/socials.
WHERE WE STAYED: HOTEL SLO
I absolutely loved staying here — I had a king bed room and it was perfect since it was just me for the week. A personal balcony overlooking the mountains and a portion of town. So many restaurants located in and around the hotel. They had a little espresso bar right downstairs where I grabbed coffee every morning and it was perfect!
BRUNCH WITH THE SIS KISS: LOCATED AT REGION
The most beautiful brunch kicked off our week hosted by The Sis Kiss — it was beautiful! Absolutely adore The Sis Kiss and all of their jewelry. Fun fact, I’ve known the owner for years and she lives in a couple towns over! She is wonderful!!
WINERIES WE VISITED: PARRISH FAMILY VINEYARD + DAOU VINEYARDS
We had the whole day after brunch to visit wineries in SLO and Katie picked two of her favorites. Truly such a good time hearing about their stories and seeing all the views. I had no idea SLO was such a spot for wineries and wine and I am definitely looking into coming back with Alex once we have babygirl. I would love to indulge in a fun tasting day!!
ON THE FARM: MARFARM WITH LTK
The following day we spent at Marfarm and let me tell you — this place was a favorite for everyone! It’s in the mountains and you felt so at peace here. They turned a portion of the farm into an airbnb that you can rent with friends/family and it was beautiful. We got to make custom hats and talk with LTK. One of the best days of the day — highly recommend visiting if you are ever in the area.
SPOTS FOR DINNER: GRANADA AND NATE’S ON MARSH
Both of our dinners were absolutely amazing and at the cutest spots in town. Dinner at The Granada was a couple streets over from Hotel SLO and we all walked. It was absolutely delicious and their Waygu was my favorite. Our last dinner to wrap up the trip was at Nate’s On Marsh and wow this restaurant is adorable! The owner is so welcoming and the food blew us all away. The Cacio E Pepe was my favorite of the night!! So good. I recommend both spots when you’re visiting.
I have a full highlight over on my Instagram page with more photos and videos from our entire trip. I also have all of my outfits from the trip linked on LTK!
**Not sure why my photos aren’t loading at the moment so I will go in and add them when I am able to! I did want to share links to everything we did though 🙂
