Happy hump day, again! For this this outfit, I was inspired by one of my professors! She had on a lot of layers but looked so put together! I decided to go ahead and keep in mind “layering” when putting this together. I also got to whip out these gray boots for the first time this season, which is exciting! Boots are definitely a staple piece in my wardrobe, I live in boots. The pop of plum adds the perfect Fall color to the whole look, and I topped it off with my Stila lipstick in the color “aria”.
I decided to be matchy-matchy with all of my accessories. I went with this plum Michael Kors clutch to make it simple.
The only time I’m not ashamed that I’m pale as all get out is when I’m trying to pull off a deep lip color like this! It makes it pop.
I just put up a post in this skirt at the end of the Summer, and I’ve never challenged myself to make it work into my Fall wardrobe. I’m happy with the outcome!

Life’s been a bit hectic lately since it’s Midterm time! I took my first one this afternoon and I think it went pretty well, I hope! How is your semester going so far? I can’t believe it’s already October. I love the Fall ambiance. Hay rides, haunted houses, pumpkin patches, the smell of hot apple cider. Just a few of the things I love about this season!
