Thank you to Casablanca Fan Company for sponsoring this trip + todays post! All opinions are of my own.
Hellllooo Monday, loves! I’m recapping my trip with Casablanca Fan Company today that I took back in the end of April in Sarasota! Wanted to share all the details I learned while on the trip and share some behind-the-scenes photos from where we had the pleasure of staying.
When I arrived at the airport in Sarasota, I was picked up by one of the sweet gals, Megan, who was holding the cutest sign for Amanda & I! Honestly, the best part of the trip was connecting with the gals who worked for the company + getting to know them. Sweetest people ever! She walked us over to our “ride”…. we seriously died! How cute is this van!?!?! We loved that it had our handles on the signs – they went above and beyond for us which was very thoughtful!
After riding to The Sarasota Modern, which is the prettiest hotel in downtown Sarasota, we got to check into our rooms and kind of relax/hangout for the afternoon before our welcome dinner. Amanda and I took the time to explore the entire hotel which was absolutely beautiful. I took a bunch of photos of my private room which was complete with a full-kitchen, balcony that had a gorgeous bathtub and a living space! I’m thinking of doing my Bachelorette Party there (seriously fell in love with this!).
Here is the view right when you walk into the private rooms. How gorgeous is their decor? They nailed it with the entire vibe. So relaxing and perfect for a quick, weekend getaway.
The room I stayed in is the “Residential Suite” which you can checkout, here! It’s perfect for a couple to share or even with a girlfriend for a girls weekend. The room is so spacious and open!
In each of our rooms, Casablanca Fan Company left us these! Love that they thought of getting us the little “Insta” camera for our trip and then the cork board to be able to display it when we got home! They thought of everything.
My sweet friend, Amanda, and I outside of Sarasota Modern! We fell in love with the grounds of the hotel. It’s gorgeous!
We woke up on Saturday morning to tour the hotel completely and see where all of the Casablanca fans were throughout the hotel and rooms! We started in the lobby and made our way through the pool area where one of the prettiest fans were….
Here is the Casablanca Piston fan…. which I LOVE! The soft, sage color is truly beautiful! They have these on the patio’s of the bottom rooms looking out at the pool deck.
Here are the Casablanca Paume Outdoor/Indoor fans! I actually have a white version of this fan in my office (an office tour will be coming to the blog VERY soon!!!).
Here are us girls all together during the tour!! 🙂 This is right on the pool deck.
After the tour, we all sat down for lunch and these little name tags were so adorable. They all had the Piston fan on them with our names! The was Olivia’s (obviously!).
Here’s a few more shots from the hotel below!
This vintage bathtub was on my private balcony overlooking the pool deck. I want one in my home! They are so gorgeous!
Had the best time staying at the Sarasota Modern with these gals! The entire staff was great – our stay was beyond my expectations. Casablanca Fan Co. made it one of the best blog trips I’ve ever been on!
Here is the Aya fan by Casablanca Fan Co. I love the simplicity of this fan even though it’s the most “high-tech”! You are able to connect via wifi to turn it on and off with your phone. Alex and I really thought of getting this one but decided on another. It’s currently available in the black!
More about Casablanca Fans –
Most of you already know… but we just moved into our first home this year! We’ve been so excited to finish decorating and changing things to ‘our taste’ throughout the home. One of the things I knew I wanted to change was the ceiling fans. I’ve always been SO against ceiling fans solely because of the way I thought they all looked! Fast forward to Casablanca reaching out to me…. and I instantly fell in love with their simple designs and actually wanted ceiling fans in certain rooms!
I knew immediately when I spotted the Valby fan… I knew it was meant for our master bedroom! We went with all neutral tones and textures so the white base mixed with the natural wood element was perfect. I love that you don’t have to skip out on the functionality of having a fan by adding a statement piece to a room.
I also added the Paume Indoor/Outdoor fan to my office! This has such a pretty texture to the blades and I love how the fresh white keeps the room looking clean and finished.
I have photographed both spaces and can’t wait to share full room tours on here with y’all! I’ll be going more in-depth of why we love each fan and what it adds to both spaces in those separate posts!
