Quick Trip to NY

Second post of the day! I’m not one for numerous posts in the same day, but I wanted to share these sooner than later! Here are a few photos from my most recent trip to NY. My roommates and I took on the city for the last stop of the Mrs. Carter tour! We were only there for two days but it was well worth it. One of my roommates brought her sister who has never been so there was a lot of stops on our list. We got a lot done, but for those of you who know NYC, two days is not enough! It’s never long enough for me, I could live in the city and I most certainly plan on it.
Strangely enough, we were blessed with beautiful weather the two days we spent here. It was in the high 60s which meant light jackets! We were so grateful because right when we left the temperature dropped about 20 degrees! It was so strange being around Christmas and so warm, but I wasn’t complaining! It was perfect.

The beautiful sunrise welcoming us into the city!
Scrambling through the busy streets in Times Square.
Beyonce up close and personal! This was my first Beyonce concert, and I was star struck. She is utterly amazing and definitely my favorite. She put on an amazing show! One of the best nights of my life, hands down.
Nets game up from the 40/40. Best food.
Even though the second day consisted of some rain showers, we were positive and it didn’t stop us! We got lots of shopping done.
This was my second time in the city around Christmas (we came home on Chirstmas Eve), but it was just as beautiful seeing it for the second time. The city is full of lights and love.
This was taken on the Brooklyn Bridge walkway.
My boyfriends parents were kind enough to let us stay with them for the two days we visited. I live with his younger sister, who happens to be one of my best friends. They live in Brooklyn, which is absolutely beautiful. I think that is where I would look for apartments after I graduate. I wish I could leave Ohio today, and move but that’s just wishful thinking. Anyway, I hope you are all keeping warm in this weather! And for those of you who are having better weather than us, I hope you are enjoying it just as much as I wish I could be!
