NORDSTROM ANNIVERSARY SALE 2019
How are we already here?!?! Still mind-blown the sale starts THIS WEEK… it feels like it was just last month was last years! Anyway…. I’m sooo excited for Friday! In case you aren’t familiar with the sale, I wanted to give you all the details and important dates to remember! I love covering the sale for y’all and plan on doing everything I’ve done in years past to let you know what the best bang for your buck is and also the best essentials/basics to stock up on!
First things first, what is the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale?
The sale is held once a year when you can stock up on all your fall basics, fashion items, designer pieces and more. These pieces that are on sale have yet to hit the floor and you are given an opportunity to snag them for a fraction of the price (major savings!!!) It’s unlike any other sale! I always stock up on things like basics (t-shirts, jeans, booties, sweaters, etc.) and things I know I’ll get a ton of wear out of! There are end-of-summer items, TONS of fall items and pieces you can wear into the winter. It’s also fun to snag designer items since they haven’t been shopped before and you get the advantage of getting a discount! Designers like Tory Burch, Vince Camuto, Steve Madden, VINCE, Topshop, AG Jeans, Rebecca Minkoff & so many others are included. The sale includes fashion but also beauty items, fitness, menswear & more.
When does the Anniversary Sale start?
This year is a tad bit different than other years but the early access for all cardholders begins on July 12th (online at 12:30pm). This allows Nordstrom Cardholders to have access a full week before it goes public which is MAJOR. Items sell out so quickly during the sale so I’d highly advise applying for a credit card! Unfortunately, debit cards are no longer offered but I love having my Nordstrom Card personally – the rewards are great and the perks are worth it. You can apply for the Nordstrom Credit Card here. Sale opens to the public on July 19 and the sale goes through August 4th.

July 9th: Icon Pre-Shop in Stores
July 10-11: Icon & Ambassador Pre-Shop in Stores
July 12-18: Early Access for Cardholders Begins
July 19-August 4: Sale Opens to the Public
**Prices will go back to full price on August 5
Why Apply for a Nordstrom Card?
Sign up now for a Nordstrom Credit Card (through July 10th) and receive a $60 Nordstrom Note (giftcard). You’ll receive 3 points per dollar when shopping at Nordstrom, Nordstrom Rack, Trunk Club and Hautelook. The more points you earn, the faster you’ll receive “notes”, which are giftcards to spend at Nordstrom. There is no annual fee and 24/7 customer service (a huge reason I love Nordstrom, the customer service!).
What else do I need to know?
I love being your “go-to” when it comes to sale content and seriously appreciate your trust in me to share all the best pieces, etc.! I plan on sharing a huuuuge try-on haul in-store with pieces that I love on July 12 (first day for cardholders!) over on my Instagram (@fashionablykay). You should check back daily for restocks + other news regarding the sale. It’s always best to snag something that you have your eye on before it sells out, like I mentioned… things go FAST. Always better to change your mind and return than to wish you would have pulled the trigger but it’s too late!

This is nowhere near everything that will be on sale but I will be sharing other peeks throughout the next few days on my stories for y’all to get excited over!
