Maxi skirts were very popular throughout the warm months but that doesn’t mean you have to stow them away when it gets colder! This particular maxi of mine is a Spring color, but I thought why not? I like these different textures and prints together. It was a bit on the cool side so I threw on this white infinity scarf which goes with about everything I own (best investment!). It’s a Fall look with some pops of color incorporated.
I added my snake-skin Michael Kors over-the-shoulder bag which is another texture. Don’t be afraid to mix and match things that you usually would not put together because you’d be surprised! Opposites do attract, they weren’t lying to you when you were told so!

The weather here has been straight wack-o! It goes from snowing in the morning, to warming up enough with the sun to wear a light jacket in the afternoon, more snow later in the evening! Ohio sure has some strange weather (if you are from the area, you know exactly what I’m saying). My family is coming to visit tomorrow for some lunch and hopefully the weather is good enough for us to visit a pumpkin patch and pick out some plump pumpkins for carving!
I received a (very!) exciting e-mail last night, and I wish I could share the excitement with you all! Soon enough you will all be in on the big secret that I am working on as of lately, and good news, it isn’t the last! I have another opportunity and I am taking it by the horns! Details on here soon… I hope you all have a lovely Friday, and don’t work too hard – it’s almost the weekend!
