Manhattan Diary

Well, Happy Monday to you all! This weekend has been a bit of a struggle..but I am alive and well! The surgery went as planned, and now just time to recover! I am finally getting around to finish my NYC posts. Here are the last ones from our last day in Manhattan, just hanging out before the VMAs started! I will have an IG post up here sooner than later, and that will include all of the VMA photos I took! So stay tuned!
I don’t know if it’s just me, but I thoroughly enjoy the Subway rides while staying in NYC.
As you’ll notice very soon in this post, these photos are all random of architecture and things I thought were neat while walking the streets of Manhattan!
Close-up detail of my Lia Sophia necklace. The background is Central Park overlooking the entire city. Such a view!

Of course we made our way to Fifth Avenue, how could you not!?
Many people say they couldn’t live in the city because they would miss the beauty of nature, and the world around them. I see what they mean, but I also feel as though they are missing out too. There is so much beauty trapped into this magnificent city…it’s at every corner, literally. I hope to call it home someday, soon.
While we were walking around in Times Square, there was a huge festival going on! Shocker, right? Turns out it was an “Eco Fest”, which was pretty neat to witness! A bunch of people coming together to celebrate the environment.
Times Square, always a site to see!
Outfit Details:
Top: Target
Necklace: Lia Sophia
Sunglasses: Forever 21
I don’t think I’m ready to get back to reality.. which consists mainly of work, school, and more work. Good thing I stocked up on sleep this weekend! I hope you all have a great start to your week!
