One of my absolute favorite fall items that I own is this scarf. It’s the perfect pop of (subtle) color to any monochromatic outfit. I was feeling super lazy on this particular day and instead of going through my clean laundry… (that’s been sitting on the floor of my closet for what seems like over a week now) I decided to throw on my boyfriend’s grey tee instead. 🙂 Worked just the same! I think I liked the outcome better since it had a “boyfriend fit” instead of a tighter one. The weather has been playing mind games with us this week, one day it’s super warm and the next it’s cooler. Which makes it easiest just to throw on some layers in the morning to be sure you can peel them off when you’re melting in the sun.
This white faux leather jacket from Charlotte Russe is a great layering piece. Not to mention… it’s less than $40 on sale! Like I’ve mentioned before, don’t listen to that silly rule ‘no white after Labor Day’… a bunch of bologna! I prefer white during fall. It’s such a clean, classic color that will always be in. I hope you are all having great weeks! Who saw last night’s episode of AHS? Talk about freaky! It looks to me like this season is going to be an interesting one. I personally can’t wait! Tomorrow is Friday which makes for one happy girl right here. 🙂 Xoxo
