I think it’s a bit funny that I recently just shared a post with you all saying farewell to the warm weather, and this entire week has been a heat box here in Kent! Oh my..it is sweltering out there! Not complaining though! I love the warm weather. This outfit was shot while I spent the weekend at my dads about a week and a half ago! I just love his yard, and the landscape I wanted to shoot some outfits there. This was right in front of our back barn, which is beautifully stoned.
It was so sunny out that we had to shoot the close-ups in the shade or they wouldn’t register! So that is the reasoning for the color difference here. This top is one I recently picked up, and adore. It’s Lauren by Ralph Lauren and perfect for Fall.
These boots go great with the feel of the top. If it actually felt like Fall, I would have paired this top with a pair of black skinnies instead of my black shorts!
Like I said, very sunny!

Happy Hump Day. That commercial gets me every time. Today is also an anniversary that none of us will ever forget. Take a moment and tell all of your loved ones that you love them, and take a moment to remember all of the lives lost on 9/11. To this day, it is just as heartbreaking.
