This pretty bluish, purple maxi skirt has such a great texture! There are two layers that make up the skirt, and the layer closest to the body is all cotton for a comfortable wear. The top layer has the wrinkled finish for this look. Every girl needs a maxi in her closet, whether it’s a dress or a skirt. I know I’ve said this before, but I’m just emphasizing my earlier statement!
I wanted a close up of just the skirt alone, to accent the texture and finish.
Maxi skirts are so feminine, that I think they look best with simple pieces, such as a simple bold tank top, or a plain tee (fitted preferably). I added this deep purple tank, because I love the color against the skirt. I bought this bubble necklace while I was in NYC last time, and I had yet to wear it! I decided to throw it on and liked it! It is a great statement piece.
I went with minimal jewelry to keep the look simple. My everyday wear is just my pandora, a watch, and my promise ring. I pair my aviators with everything, they are my favorite type of sunglasses!
